- India pays in rupees by UPI, card or netbanking; everywhere else pays in US dollars. Rupee prices are set prices, not a conversion.
- Prepaid 30-day periods. Nothing renews on its own, and no card is stored.
- MCP calls stop at the monthly limit. There is no overage charge, automatic or otherwise.
- WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta to your own WhatsApp account, separately, and vary by country and message category. See Meta’s pricing.
- Payment gateway fees are shown at checkout, before you pay.
Worked example
One inbox and one WhatsApp number in India, an agent drafting replies that a person approves: MCP Business, ₹1,499 every 30 days for 2,000 calls, plus payment processing shown at checkout. Outside India: $19.

Questions
Is the rupee price a conversion of the dollar price?+
No. Rupee prices are set prices, so an Indian buyer pays the same amount whatever the exchange rate does. Your workspace's country decides whether you pay in rupees or US dollars.
What happens when I reach my MCP call limit?+
Calls are refused with a clear error until the 1st of the next month (UTC), or until an owner upgrades. Nothing is charged automatically, and there is no overage fee.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Buying the plan you already have extends it by 30 days. Buying a different MCP plan starts it the same day for 30 days; unused days of the previous plan are not credited, and the checkout says so before you pay.
I already pay for Apavin Pro. What happens?+
Nothing you have paid for changes. Apavin Pro is no longer offered to new workspaces, but existing Pro workspaces keep the inbox and renew from Settings, Billing, with Apavin MCP at the Business allowance included.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?+
No. Meta bills WhatsApp message charges to your own WhatsApp Business account, separately from Apavin, at rates that depend on the recipient's country and the message category. Apavin adds nothing to them.
