1.The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Apavin ("Apavin", "we", "us"), a software company based in India. They cover apavin.com, the Apavin web app, the Apavin MCP server at mcp.apavin.com, the Apavin plugin for Claude and ChatGPT, and the APIs behind them (together, the "Service").
If you use the Service for a business, you accept these terms for that business and confirm you may do so. You must be at least 18. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data and forms part of these terms.
2.What Apavin does
Apavin connects your business email, WhatsApp Business number and LinkedIn profile to AI agents you choose. Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an AI app such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can search and read your conversations, check your business knowledge, draft replies and LinkedIn posts, and submit them. Apavin holds each outbound message for a person to approve, sends approved messages on time, syncs mail in the background, runs the background agents you set up, and records everything in an audit log.
Apavin Pro, the earlier shared-inbox product, remains available to existing Pro customers on the terms they bought it under, together with these terms.
3.Accounts, workspaces and members
- Keep your sign-in details secure and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- The workspace owner decides who joins, their roles and what AI agents may do. You are responsible for the actions of your members and of the AI clients and background agents they authorise, including messages they approve.
- Give accurate details, and keep the email on your account working so we can reach you.
4.Your AI apps, your model keys, and AI output
You choose the AI that does the thinking: your own Claude, ChatGPT or other MCP client, or your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key for background agents. Your use of those products is governed by your agreement with their providers, and their fees are yours.
AI makes mistakes. Drafts, replies, summaries, research, LinkedIn posts and images produced through Apavin can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable. Read every message and post before you approve it. You are responsible for what you approve and send, including prices, promises, facts and claims in LinkedIn posts.
5.Approvals and automatic sending
By default, every outbound email, WhatsApp message and LinkedIn post waits for a person in Approvals. On plans that include it, a workspace admin can allow automatic sending for replies in existing conversations, under rules, a daily cap and a kill switch the admin controls. When you turn automatic sending on, you accept responsibility for the messages it sends. Sandbox mode records approved messages without sending them.
6.Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you where the law or the platform requires consent, including under India's telecom and IT rules, CAN-SPAM, the GDPR and PECR;
- message WhatsApp users outside Meta's rules, ignore opt-outs, or use templates for purposes Meta does not allow;
- automate likes, comments, connection requests or messages on LinkedIn, scrape LinkedIn, or post content that breaks LinkedIn's User Agreement or Professional Community Policies;
- impersonate anyone, mislead people about who is writing, or send fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or illegal content;
- upload malware, probe or attack the Service, bypass rate limits, plan limits or permissions, or access another workspace's data;
- resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product, without our written agreement;
- use the Service where export controls or sanctions prohibit it.
We may remove content, pause automatic sending or suspend access to stop a breach, protect people, or protect the platforms we connect to. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
7.Email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn
Connected platforms have their own terms, and you must follow them: your email provider's terms, Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms and Business Messaging Policy, and LinkedIn's User Agreement and API terms. Those platforms can limit, suspend or close your accounts, and we cannot control or reverse that.
To protect your LinkedIn reach and account, Apavin publishes only to your own profile, only after you approve, at least six hours apart, and within these limits: Free 3 posts a day and 12 a week, Standard 4 and 20, Growth 4 and 28.
8.Plans, prices and billing
- Free: 5,000 MCP calls a month, one email account, no card required.
- Standard: ₹1,499 or $19 for 30 days, with 20,000 calls a month and WhatsApp.
- Growth: ₹4,999 or $59 for 30 days, with 1,00,000 calls a month, more accounts and members, and rule-based automatic sending.
- Enterprise: as agreed in writing.
Current prices and what each plan includes are on the Pricing page. Prices exclude taxes such as GST, which are added where they apply. Payments are taken by Cashfree or PayPal. A paid plan runs for the period you buy and does not renew automatically; buy again to extend it. When a month's call allowance runs out, calls stop until the next month or an upgrade. Nothing is charged automatically.
Fees are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree to one in writing. If we cannot provide a paid plan because of a fault on our side, we will extend it or refund the unused part.
9.Your content and your data
You own your content: your messages, contacts, drafts, posts, images, knowledge documents and everything else your workspace holds. You give Apavin permission to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for the data you connect, including your customers' messages and consent to contact them. For your customers' personal data, you are the controller and Apavin is your processor. A data processing agreement is available on request.
10.Apavin's property and feedback
The Service, its software, design and brand belong to Apavin and are protected by law. These terms give you the right to use the Service while your account is active, and nothing more. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
11.Availability and changes
We work to keep Apavin running and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled sends and background agents run on a scheduler and can run some minutes late. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature you pay for in a way that matters, we will tell you in advance where we can and give a fair remedy.
12.Suspension, cancellation and deletion
You can stop using Apavin and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, fail to pay, or create a risk to others, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
After a workspace closes, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days. After that we delete it, as described in the Privacy Policy. Revoking an AI client stops it immediately and cancels anything it queued that has not been sent.
13.Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms say, the Service is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that AI output is accurate or that platforms we connect to will keep working with Apavin.
14.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Apavin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, including from messages you approved, AI output, or actions by connected platforms.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud.
15.Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against Apavin because of your content, the messages you or your agents sent, or your breach of these terms or the law, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, and we will tell you promptly and let you take part in the defence.
16.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to resolve the problem within 30 days. Disputes that remain go to the competent courts in India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we will tell workspace owners by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using Apavin after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your workspace.
18.Contact

Common questions
- Who is responsible for messages my AI agent sends?
- You are. Every message waits for a person's approval by default, and if an admin turns on automatic sending, the workspace accepts responsibility for those messages.
- Do paid plans renew automatically?
- No. A paid plan runs for the period you buy and does not renew on its own; you buy again to extend it.
- Can I use Apavin to automate LinkedIn connections or comments?
- No. Apavin publishes your own approved posts and nothing else. It does not like, comment, connect, message or scrape on LinkedIn.
- Who owns the content in my workspace?
- You do. Apavin uses it only to run the service for you.
