The short answer
Apavin connects Dialpad so two way SMS and MMS, missed call records and voicemail transcripts land in the same customer thread as that person's chats and emails. Inbound webhook payloads are verified before they are accepted.
Support conversations do not respect channel boundaries. Someone messages on WhatsApp, then calls when it gets urgent, and the agent who picks up the phone has no idea what was already said.
Apavin pulls Dialpad activity into the customer thread. A missed call appears in sequence. A voicemail arrives as a transcript you can read rather than a file you have to play. SMS is fully two way.
Webhook payloads from Dialpad are JWT verified, so nothing enters your inbox that did not come from your account.
