Telegram integration
Telegram customer support for business teams
The short answer
Telegram customer support through Apavin uses a Telegram bot as the front door, with every incoming chat landing in a shared inbox your team answers from. Setup needs only a bot token from BotFather, and conversations thread beside your other channels.
Telegram is the default in large parts of Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East, and it is common in crypto, gaming and developer communities everywhere. Teams serving those markets usually end up with one person holding the account.
Apavin connects through the Telegram Bot API. You create a bot with BotFather, paste the token, and Apavin handles the webhook. Customers message the bot, your team answers from the shared inbox, and neither side needs anything unusual.
Telegram is also the cheapest channel to run at volume, because there are no per conversation platform fees. For high traffic support that alone can decide where you point customers.
